"Brain dumps" are not the way to get yourself prepared for the VCP exam.
I suggest to review your couse material, the exam blueprint, the official documentation (http://www.vmware.com/support/pubs/vs_pages/vsp_pubs_esx40_vc40.html) and do a lot of lab also on new features.
You will not find dumps here, it should be no surprise to you that VMware discourage the use of them. I would avoid dumps anyway, they are notoriously full of mistakes and can actually make it harder for you to pass the exam - not easier.
