Are you referring to changing the virtual machines network portgroup from one to another and in your case potentially from on vSwitch to another? If so, take a look at this script: updateVMPortgroup.pl All you're really doing is making a call to ReconfigVM_Task() and passing in a change spec and updating the network in which you want to change
