I mainly wanted to see if I could build an ACE session that would perform really well. Some guys at work are building one and it has been running like garbage. I'm the VMware guy on the team, but I don't have access to anything just yet (new job). My suggestions have lead them in the right direction, but I don't think things are where they need to be. Ohh, I meant to refer to PCoIP in the VM View world, as being able to have a better display.

So I tested a Windows 7 ACE session at home. I've been playing Far Cry and watching HD movies with no problem. I didn't even strip anything out of the default Windows 7 load. I'm thinking of making a youtube video, just for a demo. ACE is getting some really bad reviews at this new gig, so I need to show them what it can do. Of course I realize many other factors can be involved in different deployment scenarios (network latency, host resources, sea monsters, solar flares, ect...). What I'm testing with is pretty high end, but possible.
