I can't transfer files from my host computer to my guest. When I try to drag and drop a file from the windows explorer on my host to my vm, the icon dosen't change to the + but stays the black cross mark. I've also tried copying and pasting and using shared folders. I'm using workstation 7 and windows xp on the host and the guest.
