I was given the instructions to VMWareResolutionSet.exe 0 1 , 0 0 1920 1050 to set the resolution to a customized resolution. That turns on only the single monitor.

Since I don't see documentation on this tool, how do it set it so that it enables the dual display and both at 1920x 1050.
