I suspect you mean the Service Console IP addresses ?
Get-VMHost | Get-VMHostNetwork | select -expandProperty ConsoleNic

ESX allows you to map vSwitches over your physical NICs.
You define Service Console(s) and/or vmKernel(s) on the vSwitch(es).
You have external access the COS via the Service Console(s).
That is the IP address you use to access the ESX server's COS.

The pNICs don't have IP addresses without a Service Console (or VMKernel) defined over them.

Yes, sort of ;-)

Might I advise to have a look at Ken Cline's excellent series on vSwitches.
In Part 1 he gives an overview of the vSwitch, the portgroups and the communication paths.
