We want to send a virtual machine to one supplier in an USB disk, to let him edit some confidential data. We want to let read and modify this data, and eventually print, but to restrict copy or extract from hard disk.

Supplier won't have access to our network.

Can ACE protect virtual machine for this scenario? is this totally secure?
