Every time we are involved in a virtualization project we are involved in a few physical to physical migration for some different reasons.

I think the best way to do that is manual migration but often it will be a hard work, also because are involved third part suppliers.

I know that many people use "Symantec BESR Restore Anywhere" to restore to dissimilar hardware.

Have you some other real experiences with some "enterprise" tools?
