I'm sure this is answered somewhere but I don't have time to scour the forums. Sorry...

I have 3 blades. Two of them already have access to VMFS volumes. I added a new blade and can see the two VMFS volumes under Storage Adapters but when I try to add them via the Storage page they are not there.

Ideas?

Matt

Are these local disks?

Try esxcfg-+vmhbadevs+

If these are iScsi / FC, make sure the fabrics are zoned / Luns masked correctly

If they're NFS, make sure the exports have been created and are valid.

If you can reboot the Host, by Vmotioning everything off it . . have a go!

If you see the LUN storage adpter you must also see in Storage section.
Which kind of storage do you have?
What's the output of fdisk -l on the ESX that does not see the datastore?

The 3th ESX was a new installation?
Which version of ESX do you have?

Try to use LVM.resignature, but is very strange if the server is a new installation.
