Say me please vmxnet3 from vmtools for solaris support all features or not? (Jumbo Frames, TSO,....)

Hello,

I believe all vmxnet3 drivers are the same.

Explain please.

Vmware tools for Solaris from Worstation 7.0 have new directory "plugins32 and plugins64".

What is this plugins?

I not found any information about it.

Hi Edward,

I thought that only Windows Server 2003 above and RHEL 5 and above which is supports VMXNet 3 assuming VM Hardware v7 is used ?

Hello,

Moved to virtual machine and guest os forum.

vmxnet3 does require hardware v7, but also all vmxnet3 drivers for hardware v7 should have the same abilities.
