do you know if there is 3rd party tool to move stuff from one datastore to another with lab manager?

What are you trying to accomplish and we can help if you can explain more details. But for the Lab Manager, there is a tool call SSMOVE.exe that you have to contact VMware Support for them to give it to you and its not available for free. This tool allow you to move data from one storage to another with Lab Manager environment. I'm not sure if that's is what you're looking for or you can look at Storage VMotion but that only applies on ESX hosts.

this is the tool i'm looking for and it does really good job too and wondering will this tool be integrated with the next revision of lm 4.0 release as a plugin?

I don't think SSMove is integrated as plugin but you could suggest it in the "Suggestion" forum though. This is the type of tool that you have to contact VMware Support and mentioned them otherwise wouldn't know much about.
