OK, that set of logs looks good.

Can you reattach the screenshot of the device manager? If you haven't noticed, somewhere along the line it got reduced to 320x240, which makes it impossible to read. jpg or other compressed format is preferred, as it will probably be smaller filesize that way.

Looking at the higher resolution image you sent, the USB controller has a question mark icon with an exclamation point badge, which indicates a problem in the guest. Our USB experts looked at the log, and XP is never sending any traffic to the device, which further supports this theory. I'm not familiar with Windows so can't help with troubleshooting, but this is almost certainly not a Fusion problem.
