HI

I have installed VMPlayer on my laptop. My OS is Windows Vista Home Premium (64-bits) and I have installed Windows Server 2003 on my virtual machine. In my virtual machine i have been working with some databases using SQL Server Management Studio. Now I want to use the same program and another one (Visual STudio 2008) from my Host computer to connect my database in my virtual machine but I cannot find the server.

I changed my network adapter to Bridged. Then I activate the check box of VMWare Bridge Protocol. But I don't know what else I have to do. When I changed from NAT to Bridged i can use internet in my virtual machine what I think that means that I'm really using the bridged tu get internet from my host computer but I don't know why I can't connect to my server.

If someone knows what to do please help me! I will really appreciate it

thank you
