How to access USB drive in guest computer.

I want to access my USB memory stick in my windows guest operating system.Please guide me that how can i access it.

2-My 2nd second guest operating system is Red Hat Linux 9.Here also guide me how to access it.

Well my host operating system is windows xp.

Go to VM --> Removable Devices --> Highlight your USB Drive --> click connect; or

At the bottom on the rind hand side of the VM Console you should see icons, the USB drive should be there but greyed out. Left click --> Connect

Also check the VM Machine Settings to find out whether USB controller is present and enabled.

And depending on the filesystem on the stick and wether automounting is supported in the guest, you may need to mount manually with;

"mount /dev/sdX /mnt/mountpoint"

check what sdX is with "fdisk -l".
