I am trying to use this method, as ConfigurtionChangeOwner requires being in the same organization. So I login to SOAP and bind in the global organization, then I setcurrentorganization to another organization and then checkout a configuration. I would have thought it would be then checkout under that new organization, but it isn't it is still global. However if I then go to the website I am indeed in that new organization. What do i have to do to get it checkout to another organization? Did I misguess at to what SetCurrentOrganizations intended use case was?

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated
