Hi all,

Thanks to everyone who attended our last meeting in June. Thanks also to Jason and JSJ for providing the meeting place and Hi-Tech, Inc. for giving the presentation.

We need to decide on when and where we would like to hold our next meeting. I am thinking sometime around October would be good. It would be best if we confirm this at least a month before whatever date we decide on for the next meeting so VMWare has enough time to get invitations out.

Go ahead and reply to this topic if you have suggestions for dates and times for the next meeting.

I am trying to find out if we can use our big conference room that can hold about 40 people.

As a second option, I can always reserve the same conf room we used last time.

Yeah we probably need to pick a date here soon so we can try and get it reserved and start generating some interest.

How about October 25 or 26 for the next meeting? That will be after VMWare World. If anyone from the group is attending WMWare World, maybe they could give us some of the highlights of the conference.

I agree that after VMWorld would be a good time for the meeting. There are likely to be several topics that the group may want to discuss coming out of there.

Not yet. I was hoping to do it this month but I don't think we can get it ready by then. It's looking more like mid-November now.

We're scheduling our next users group meeting for November 8 at 10AM. The location will be the same as our last meeting, at JSJ's facilities in Grand Haven. You should get invitations soon and the registration site should be also be available soon.
