Has anyone out there got Linked Clones to work with Vista 64-bit? I understand it is not supported, but I thought I would I checked. I have setup linked clones for Windows XP. However, for some reason, it doesn't see my snapshots for Vista 64. Just wondered if anyone found a trick to make this work ?????

I saw discussion about Windows 7. Someone mentioned they upgraded to the latest View Manager. I tried that and it did not help.

Thanks for any suggestions!

64-Bit OS are currently not supported as a View agent. Please check the View admin guide.

I'll be testing this in a few....

Make sure when you install the view agents you DO NOT install USB Support. As it's a driver and You cannot install 32-bit drivers in a 64 bit system even with emulation.

for not supported read will not install, unless you go into the MSI and disable the version checking you will not get it View Agent to run on a 64bit guest, also once past this remember not to install the USB drivers, this from my point of view precludes the point of wasting my time on the issue. if you cannot get the enhanced USB support, what is the production use???? Just curoius.

First be a little more circumspect in your responses, your tone is quite aggressive, second when I orignally tested this it would not install on a 64 bit Vista, as it has version checking. I have not bothered to check again as I have no longer got the requriement for running a 64bit Desktop Operating system.
