1. I had installed ESX 3.5 in Dell PE2900 server with RAID-1

Now, i wants to install additional 02 Hard drives without effecting current set-up or rebuild RAID

below is my action

1. Install additional Hard drive (02 nos.) detected in PERC 6/i controller

2. as per document i had installed Dell openmanage software 5.3 on (root)

3. open port 1311 for management and start services in esx

ISSUE:

1. i am able to open software on windows station ..but detected no information like controller or current RAID status

2. dell openmanage 5.3 is compatible with PE2900??

3. what is alternate to create RAID on additional Hard drive?
