I am getting an error as shown in the attached screenshot while installing an eval copy of Stage Manager. I am installing the SM on a vm with Windows 2003 Server 32-bit. The logs are also attached.

The issue was resolved. There were some orphaned users from the previous installation which I deleted in Windows 2003. The installation succeeded later on.
