VC 2.5 Update 3 Upgrade - Problems with Licensing

I did an in-place upgrade from VC 2.5 U2 to U3 today. Now all of my hosts are behaving as if they could not contact the license server. This despite the fact that all hosts show as licensed in VC. At this point, I am not able to power on VMs or do VMotion.

Per the upgrade guide and release notes, I did perform and upgrade of the FlexLM license server to v10.8.6

I have restarted VC service, restarted flexLM service, tried rebooting select hosts - nothing is resolving this issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much for the help and/or advice!

Thanks much - gave that a try on a few hosts and when I tried to switch to eval license I got a curious popup error message "Insufficient licenses available...". I let it sit overnight and things seem to be back to normal. A few cluster nodes with HA agent issues but other than that things look pretty good.
