Thanks much, Ken! My colleagues are starting to help me generate more content for the community. This document is the first success on that effort. It was written by the developer that created and maintains esxtop. So it's quite thorough.

Any comments you have on it are appreciated!

I attended the esxtop session at VMworld this past year and learned quite a bit but this looks like a very well made document which I have already saved into my folder of useful documentation. I will definatly have to find time to read through it.
