I didn't see anything stand out in the logs. I don't think I have a configuration problem because I can log out of the Admin Portal and log back in and the VirtualCenter data is correct. I am thinking that the Admin Portal is not waiting long enough for the data to return.

The documentation mentions the <refresh> setting but does not mention the <timeout> setting. Is that the timeout between the web browser and the Admin Portal or between the Admin Portal and the VirtualCenter servers? Is there a setting in which I can increase the timeout between the Admin Portal and the VirtualCenter servers?

I looked in the log4jconfig.xml file and I think this is the setting for the log level?
<level value ="normal" />

What do I change it to? Verbose or something else?

Is the multivcserver.log the log file in which I am supposed to be looking at? There is only 1 entry in this log file:

1. I am using the appliance
