I have 5 VirtualCenter servers, each with 600 - 1100 virtual machines. When I put all 5 host names in the config.xml file, the two largest VC servers show 0 for hosts, virtual machines, etc. When I have just the individual VirtualCenter servers in the config.xml file, the information is correct. Where can I look to find out why all of the data is not importing, especially since you can add up to 10 VC servers? I have messed with the <refresh> and <timeout> settings but didn't seem to help anything. Any ideas?

Rolling logs in tomcat log directory - localhost.log and multivcserver.log. Log level can be tweaked in the log4jconfig.xml in the vcap-1.0 directory.

<level value = "debug"> in the log4jconfig.xml will provide more verbose logging. Make sure to restart the tomcat server.

Milk Man,

It doesn't seems like a timeout issue from the logs. Questions (1) Are you using the appliance or your own tomcat deployement ? (2) Can you please change logs level to debug, clean up tomcat logs directory, restart tomcat, and send the logs if you still see the problem.

Thanks.

I to am having a similar problem, Ihave configured the .xml file to reflect the vCenter Servers, I then rebooted the Appliance. I am able to log in as root and can see the correct information with regards th the vCenters but all the values are blank in the main pane and I cannot see any clusters, datacenters or virtual Machines -- I'm at a bit of a loss what to look for.
