VMware Server Web Access (tomcat6) could reallocate default shutdown/AJP13 ports not 8005/8009

Hi,

The VMware Server Web Access service (tomcat6) allocates a non-standard (for Tomcat i.e. not 8080) for its service port.  It allocates port 8308.  Very nice.

It would be equally nice if by default when installing, the shutdown (8005) and AJP13 (8009) ports were also moved to different port nummbers.  This can be done manually by editing (Windows) C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Server\tomcat\conf\server.xml and reassigning those ports.

This change if made in the default installer would lessen the impact of installing VMware server for those who also run Tomcat locally on the host e.g. for development.

Is this the best place to discuss this or leave this feedback?

Cheers

Brett
