I am installing Windows XP Pro as the guest OS on a DELL Vostro 1500 laptop using vmWare Workstation. Once I finish the Windows OS install, should I also install the "Drivers and Utilities disk for reinstalling Dell Vostro 1500 computer software"?

Welcome to the Forums - No because the VM is using Vmware virtualized hardware so the Dell drivers would do nothing -
