Converting PC into VDI thinclient

Hi

I don't want to buy real thinclients yet. Now I'm looking for a (free) way to turn my pc's into a thinclient. Maybe a small Linux bootloader that can run the VDI Client and then connect to the broker. Any tips or ideas?

Is PXE boot also an option?

you may want to look at http://www.2x.com/thinclientserver/free-thin-clients.html, but we utimatley used the existing OS (XP) and locked them down via GPO.

I would use a bootable CD so you dont have to worry about the OS or you can take a look at this software www.thinlaunch.com
