Import doesn't remove Parallels Tools?

I just imported another Windows XP image, this one originally created on a real PC, then migrated to Parallels Desktop 3.0 before importing into Fusion 2.0b2.

I noticed that the Parallels Share Toolbar was still displaying, and sure enough, Add/Remove Programs lists Parallels Tools. I can't run that uninstaller, though, because it apparently requires that you run it under Parallels!

This isn't a big deal to me; I'm only keeping this image around until I copy everything into a fresh, Fusion-created Install. But if it's a known and unsolvable problem, you might want to recommend that people uninstall Parallels Tools before importing. In fact, between this and the hive-expansion problem, it seems to point to the need for a "preimporter" to run under Parallels...

It is a know issue that other virtualization products equivalent of VMware Tools cannot be removed thought Control Panel after being converted or imported and should to be uninstalled while run under the product created in. The problem is the lack of appropriate documentation in the VMware Products and or warnings issue prior to converting or importing. One can preform manual Windows Registry Surgery and also remove the drive files etc. however it's a pain to do, requires knowledge of how the competing product modifies the OS, etc, etc.
