Wanted to share this with the community. See document below for tips and tricks for getting best performance out of Mac OS X Server VMs by installing to virtual SCSI disks instead of virtual IDE disks.

The document has since then been updated to include many more performance/usability tricks.

If you are planning to run Mac OS X Server in a VM, this is a must-read.
