Hi,

I have a Gold Support for ESX 3.X

I can't post my support request. when i try to post I receive this message: 'Account' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field. (SBL-DAT-00498).

Could you help me ?

It is unclear from your latest posting if you have followed any of the suggestions from my previous message. Anyone you speak to from that department, will be able to resolve your issue over the phone immediately.
