What happens: I restore the VM from a previous suspend operation and regardless of where it was suspended (in log in screen or a app), the keyboard and trackpad has no effect on Windows. Chossing "Send Ctrl-Atl-Del" from Virtual Machine Menu does prove that the VM is responsive but it gets no input from the built in keyboard or trackpad. This problem also happens when I use external keyboard and mouse (apple wireless setup). I have also tried switching to Full screen and Unity modes and same result. So I am forced to "Power Off" the VM and restart it doesn't solve it either. A complete reboot of my Mac is required to restore keyboard and mouse to the VM.
How Frequently: Almost 4 out of 5 times.
Basics: OS X 10.4.11, Fusion 1.1.2(87978), Win XP SP2, MacBook Pro 2.4GHz C2Duo, 4GB RAM (1GB allocated to VM).
I had this problem under 1.1.1 as well.
Anyone else have a similar problem? It is frustrating to reboot os x to solve this problem everytime it occurs. Can you please help?
