I have noticed that time synchronization is not working ever since the Daylight Saving Time ended. In Tools, I the synchronization with the Host is set to be done automatically (I always had this check mark on). This problem did not occur before the prior version of VmWare. My current version is 6.0.3 build 80004. To try to resolve the problem I disabled the Windows Time Svc on each VM (XP2 on each) but problem continues. The time is always of by 1 hour. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks, GR

Host was allways correct even after the Day Light Time change but the guest is always 1 hour behind even though it is setup in Tools to be synchronized with the host.

Also the Windows Time Svc is disabled on the guest . Thanks, GR

If your host has the correct time and you use VMware Tools time synchronization or if you use Windows Times services to synchronize but the guests time is exactly one hour wrong, check the guests time zone and if adjust for daylight savings time is enabled (under "Start - Control Panel").
