BRIEF SUMMARY: AppSync needs an option make Updates Mandatory or Optional.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

When you use AppSync, the application forces the user to update if a new .exe is available. Considering the size of some updates and the need for users to use the app, I suggest that there be an additional Package.ini entry top allow an admin to select if the update is Mandatory or Optional. If Mandatory, the update would apply and the user would have no choice. But if set to Optional, a dialog would pop-up asking the user if he wanted to download the update now or upon next launch.
