We have gone through the P2V process to take key production servers and virtualize them to our DR site.

As we all know, changes happen to production servers and I was wondering if there was a utility or script or method to
synchronized a physical server with it's previously generated virtualzation.

It seems like it is labor/time intensive to have to re-P2V systems everytime the source changes.

Are there any solutions out there to keep the systems in synch?

Vizioncore has a utility called VReplicator you can look at. This gives you the ability to p2v and differential updates to the newly migrated virtual server on a scheduled time frame.
