Hi Every 1

I have a Dell poweredge 1955 blade with Broadcom 5708 nics.......i have installed esx 3.5 for the first time in that server and then manage to install windows 2003, during the installation of the 2003 i manage to join the domain as well. But when i look in the 2003 locally (as it does not allow me to log in to the domain) i cant see any network connection but if i go to device manager i can see the network card (amd nic) with a yellow ! Exclamation mark
