Curious if any VMware customers have already gone the upgrade path of 2.5.4 to 3.5 or if anyone is in the process of doing so?

I have a large customer in Cinci who's looking to speak with customers who've already gone this route. Just want to pick their brains, understand any issues, etc.

I'd be looking for a customer contact who wouldn't mind being introduced to my customer and having a conversation about the upgrade.

THank you for the help.

Haven't done it myself yet but am also interested in the tribal knowledge via this forum, as I'll need to cross this bridge myself soon. If this involves new hosts then it would seem the ideal scenario is to create a parallel installation of 3.5 and V2V the guests from the 2.5 hosts. If the old hardware will be reused with ESX 3.5, a clean install could be performed once the guests are migrated. But what's the path if there is no new hardware in the mix?
