I had a crash while Windows XP was booting... may have been because I plugged in a USB hard disk... Fusion told me to submit a service request... So I ran the script.
At the end of the script, it gives this URL: http://www.vmware.com/support/sr/sr_login.jsp which is a 404 not found. I tried support, logged in, and when it showed me my options of programs to submit for, it only listed Server beta something. Another 404 later, when I tried to lookup my Fusion serial (I know I registered it on the website), and now all I keep getting is an option to buy a $24.95 support request. I tried to re-enter my serial and it said it was already registered... duh.

I just bought the software, so $25 is not going to happen. Who wants to see my tgz file? Fusion TOLD me to submit the request, but neglected to send me the $25 to do it. :)

Someone please lookup my account and make sure everything looks okay. I have at least two accounts, this one for the forum, and the other one for registering. Same email and name.

Someone please fix the 404s all over the place.

"VMware Fusion unrecoverable error: (vcpu-0) Unable to lock memory. Aborting virtual machine... Please request support and include the log file..." vmware-vmx is at 101% CPU.
