disable web update

I would like to deploy VMWare player 2.0 using sms 2003 and i am looking for a command line with which i will be able to disable the check web update and skip the eula.

Using the drop down on the menu once launched you can turn off the web checks, the EULA however, is supposed to be there for a reason

I already know that. but i am deploying vmware player 2.0 so i need to completly install vmware player in silent mode so i need to skip the eula and disable the webupdate. does anyone have a switch to add to my command line?

File will be created automatically as ..\user\application data\vmware\preferences.ini
