ESX vswitch and HP Procurve configuration?

Hi all.

Having a customer who has 2 ESX 302 servers attached to one HP Procurve 3500 switch, pretty new.

They want to configure switch and ESX vswitch to run in "Trunk" or in cisco "etherchannel". We helped the customer and configure vwsitch and hp switch as the link below.

http://theether.net/kb/100014

Last week we installed more memory in both ESX host. We migrated all vm's to ESX2 server and after reboot when we migrated all vm's back to new memupgraded ESX1 server we discovered that all network traffic on that ESX1 host was gone. On the switch where ESX1 was plugged in to where dead. We migrated all vm's back to ESX2 host but it failed because HA were screwed. We pulled out all of the TRUNKED pNics from the switch and pushed the cables back in one and one. It started to work after a while but it stopped again.

We discoverd that if we had one cable one EACH esx in the trunk attached it working, but if we attacthe all cables in trunk it fails.

The strange is that it has worked.

The configuration on the esx host are like this

vswich1 = SC pNic1

vswitch2 = Vmotion pNic2

vswitch3 = (10 Portgroups with VLANID matching VLANS in HP Procurve switch)

Is there anyone who knows how to exactly configure the HP Procurve and vswitch settings to get failover.

in cisco there is no problem with this.
