I made a tool that creates a Live CD with Cold Clone Converter based on BartPE.

It uses the free starter edition and does need NO enterprise licence.
It also includes a full explorer-shell and optional:

VI-client
VMware Workstation 6
VMserver-console

If you want you may regard it as a Cold Clone CD Pro B-)

Would you think it makes sense to have P2V-assistant on a Cold Clone CD too ?
