We have a 64 bit VM running Windows 2003 Enterprise Server R2/SP2 on an IBM xSeries AMD based server and it's reporting less memory than is allocated to it. We've assigned it 4096 MB and it's only reporting 3839 MBs. It always seems to be reporting ~ 250MB less than allocated. Has anyone seen this or have an idea why this is happening?
