What is the iAnyWhere Database Driver

Hi All,
I am trying to create iAnyWhere plugin. In this i am using ianywhere.ml.jdbcodbc.Idriver . but some error is displayed i.e., Unable to load the driver. How to solve this problem.please Anybody can help me.
