i'm currently taking an msc in information systems management.
I have choose to write an article about the benefits of virtulization. The point of the article is to show the degee of benefit a company can get from virtulization ( say as an example .. 50% less space in datacenter, 20% less energy consuption)
I have implemented vmware in my company, so the in this article i would like to measure and compare the benefits my company gets from virtualization to the benefits other company get from virtualization.
To accomplish this i'm looking from some kind of report,a study or survey , which has metrics like: "virtualization leads to 50% less datacenter usage", in this way i can compare the benefit of my virtualization project to the benefit in the study/survey.
can you point me some of this study's/reports/survey ?
