memory alerts windows 2008 r2 x64

With Windows 2008 Windows caches all available memory. Now I noticed with vSphere 4.0 and w2k8r2 x64 I get memory alerts in VC. The VM is performing fine and when I look in the VM it's isn't using a lot of memory.

In VC all memory assigned is in use so I get between 90-100% utilization. How can I resolve this problem.

W2k8 needs more memory then 2003 Server, that is a fact.

What about your pagefile.sys, is it located on a seperate partition?

My problem has been solved. There was a problem with my i7 processor. There was a patch:

Instead of installing this patch I installed update 1. SInce the update my memory alerts are gone.
