2.0.2 update helps 10.6 server install a bit

My 2.0.2 update ran fine with no problems and I read that someone thought the update was supposed to allow 10.6 beta installs to work. Well, the DVD is actually accessed and it starts to install but I get a error that says "The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system" and after saying ok, I get a typical black screen of death in the VM. This is farther than I got before this update but still no go so I'll wait for some more updates before trying again.

Ditto. It happens for both the 64 and 32bit version.

Discussed over PM, since I'm told we're not supposed to discuss 10.6 build numbers publicly. I think I can say that the current 10.6 seed has some known issues that we weren't able to fix before 2.0.2 was finalized, but the prior one should work.

Thanks for the info. I'll send some info Apple's way.
