Hi there,
Sounds like the iSCSI software adapter needs flushing, try the following:
1. Evacuate the affected host
2. Make a note of the existing iSCSI software adapter IQN, bindings, targets and CHAP configs to a text document.
3. Disable the iSCSI adapter, enable SSH on the host
4. Use WinSCP or other software to copy the contents of /etc/vmware/vmkiscsid/ to your PC
5. At the host's CLI run the following:
rm -rf /etc/vmware/vmkiscsid/*
6. Reboot the host
7. Create a new software iSCSI adapter, give it the same IQN, bindings, targets and CHAP config as the previous adapter
You should be good to go.
Hope this helps!
