Hi!

My name is Rick Blythe and I am the voice behind @vmwarecares and @vmwarekb on Twitter. I also author two other VMware blogs, well three really if you count my personal blog VMwarewolf.Those other blogs are VMware Knowledge Base Blog and VMware Knowledge Weekly Digest.

I have just recently landed the new role of Social Media Specialist here at VMware. My job is to monitor the social landscape and listen to our customers. I will respond to customer complaints and try and assist wherever possible in helping customers help themselves.


One of the things I'm going to be doing in the near future is polling you and/or conductiong some small surveys to see what you would like to see more of, and what you'd like to see less of, here at VMware as far as your customer experience is concerned. I am very eager to hear what you would do differently.
