-Login to Lab Manager
-Go to VM Templates
-Mouse over your Template name, and select Consolidate
-Wait for consolidation to complete
-Mouse over the requried Template name, and select Properties
-Note the of "VM Directory ID"
-SSH into your ESX Host
-Navigate to your storage (/vmfs/volumes/Datastore/LM_Hostname/VMDirectoryID)
-Increase the original vmdk size (vmkfstools -X 30G nameofvmdk.vmdk)
-Back in Lab Manager, go to properties for the Template, and you should see your increased disk size.
