HI brian,

There is a memory corruption error I beleive it is something to do with the Hardware Vendor ??????

If you think you have a memory problem and can take the host out of production, it would be worthwhile to run a memory test such as this - http://www.memtest86.com/.

I have Psod and it Says MCe . then PCPU3 in world 8089:idle3

ANY IDEA WHAT IS THAT ???????

It would be worthwhile to get your hardware vendor involved as ESXi is reporting a hardware fault.  Some more info on machine execption checks can be found here - http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=100518....

Do get access to the system logs you'll want to change the location as currently they are not stored in a manner that will keep the files past a reboot - http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=203282....
