One of our customer experienced FD timeout issue while restarting HQ servers in HA configuration. Attached support ticket has details of the error and manual resolution. One of the recommendation from following jgroups ticket to keep FD timeout sufficiently large. Please review and see if this value default HQ default install needs to be modified.
