Agent won't start on HQ Server

Hi,John

i am new in unix and hyperic so i have just installed hyperic.accidentally i deleted some of the agents while i was exploring hyperic.so when i tried to re-install it i got this error message "Agent won't start on HQ Server" i have tried the answer you gave Joan but the thing is i still get the same error.i am not sure if i understood you,i didn't switch off the server completely but i only did this command /opt/hyperic/agent-3.2.5/hq-agent.sh start  and remove these agent.log and agent.log.startup files and data directory.i wanted to ask is there anything that i have missed or that i can do to resolve this.
