FIX for VMX30

Security Harderning Guide contains error in VMX30 recomendation.

Wrong param name "guest.command.enabled=FALSE". Correct param is guest.commands.enabled=FALSE (note: character S is necesary at the end of commands) See http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1010103

Script has the same issue.

Thank you again for the bug report, this has been fixed. I've just gone through all forum threads and I don't see any other bugs/issues reported. I'll give it another week before pushing out this latest version.
